Manchester United winger, Antonio Valencia, pleaded not afraid of losing their share of playing with the arrival of Ashley Young. Valencia admitted even hope Young can contribute to bring the "Red Devils" to appear more competitive next season.
Young brought in Manchester United (MU) of Aston Villa with a five-year contract. Later, Young will be competing with Valencia and Luis Nani to fill the right side of the MU. However, there might manager Alex Ferguson to play on the left sector.
"I'm not afraid of his arrival. Season runs long and under Alex Ferguson, everyone will get their chance to perform at the party is important," said Valencia.
"Ashley was a good footballer and I believe he will help us to achieve greater success next season," he continued.
Valencia himself later called the British media interest Real Madrid and Juventus. Responding to this, Valencia said, "There are rumors about other clubs, but I have no news about it. I focus on the Copa America and played well with Ecuador."
"I have two seasons on his contract with Manchester United and I'm sure I can fulfill it, or maybe for a few more years," he said.
