Thailand Golfers Follow the Indonesia Open

JAKARTA - Thaworn Wiratchant and Prayad Marksaeng, the two best golfers of Thailand, will be a participant in the Indonesia Open golf tournament which will take place mid July 2011.

The tournament is worth one million U.S. dollars in will be held at Damai Indah Golf Course, Pantai Indah Kapuk Course starting on 14 July to 17 July. This tournament is the seventh event in the series and will present a legend OneAsia Japanese golfer Shigeki Maruyama and Paul McGinley of Ireland reliable.

Thaworn is the champion of Indonesia Open golf tournament held at the Cengkareng Golf in 2005. It was the year in which he tasted victory four times in a row and became the number one golfer in Asia. He also managed to carve a pretty good achievement in the Indonesia Open tournament last year by sitting in the fifth.

Another Thai golfer who has a powerful swing, Prayad will also come to enliven the Indonesia Open. Prayad is a winner of 10 prestigious trophy in Asia and has enjoyed three superb victories in 2008 on the Japan Tour. At that time, he managed to win the Dunlop Phoenix, Mizuno Open, and the Mitsubishi Diamond Cup.

Prayad had struggled with injuries for several years. He returned with a new training system at the beginning of the year in order to prepare himself for the campaign of 2011.
